You know when I saw Fanciscos original art I said to my self wow thats a real cool idea and I wanted to have a go at it due to its interesting anatomy.
This isnt the final piece ill posting a final fully rendered and colour illustration so be patient this are just studies of the character =D
just to show that im doing something about it.

Are you familiar with the work of Kent Williams? He's an illustrator (Time, Playboy, etc.) and graphic novelist (Blood: A Tale) and this piece reminds me of his work. Which is a very very good thing. :) The strength of suggestion on this piece is what makes it work - telling us what's there by not showing. Very nice. :)
